It's just one of those years. 
Enemy has you in your fears.
The world is just stuck. 
Life kinda sucks.
You drown your sorrows in many ways. 
Litter your own bay. Think it is ok. 
Being alone and make no contact. 
Be on the defense and counteract. 
Devil is laughing and applauding. 
Giving in to him as you keep stalling. 
Opportunity that you are missing out. 
You gotta do something, so you shout. 
Then out of the blue as you walk out feeling empty. 
Screaming and complaining because you acting petty. 
Believing in nothing but your own. 
Sit on your couch with your booze and your throne. 
Then you sleep back with your fears.
It's just one of those years.

Car got wrecked and your friend got smacked. 
Got fired and no money to spend. 
Nothing to offer and barely anything to lend. 
Back to your booze and say this is the end. 
You vomit all over the floor and your head hits the door. 
Wake up the next day and don't know what for. 
Invite some female friends and party till the end. 
Foreclosure comes and you got bills to tend. 
Sleep over your friends house and they kicked you out. 
Got stuck on drugs and began you pout. 
Cursed at the sky and bad finger to the people. 
Got hit by a deer and impaled like a sequel. 
And to make matters worse? Somebody stole your clothes. 
Girlfriend broke up and you can't take no more. 
Rehab ain't working and you tried to stay clean. 
End up in jail because of murder accusation scene. 
And when it is all done and you have nothing left.

In a hospital bed and you wound up dead. 
Doctors could nothing and didn't comprehend. 
All of those drugs and nothing to save you then. 
Then a power from above, cause your knee to bend.

Trust in the Lord and don't lean on others or a curse. 
The people wept. As soon as they leave, you finally left. 
Woke up the next day and screamed miracle. 
Start dancing and folks thought it was hysterical. 
Back to the way it used to be. Took many years but you are finally free. 
Everybody think that life is a joke. They laugh so hard in disbelief and choke. 
Just learn from this and with God confess your fears.
